Pet policy
Please ensure to declare your pet at the point of reservation to avoid disappointment!
- A service fee of $20.00 per pet is charged per day
- Pets are allowed in guest rooms but a maximum of 2 (dogs & cats only)
- Pets cannot be left unattended in guest room
- Pets are allowed only in specific pet-friendly rooms located on the ground floor
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area or inside the cafe
- Pets must be leashed while on hotel property
- And – this should go without saying! – guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Housekeeping will not service your room if your pet is left unattended
- Pets are not allowed in guests beds or on furniture
- There will be a $100 charge if there is evidence of pets in bed or on furniture
- Please ensure dogs are kept quiet, you will be asked to leave if there is evidence of extensive barking
- Pets are welcome in our café on the verandah
